Service with a smile.

Today was very interesting, i woke up at 8 and had to go do some community service projects. My group went and painted a house for a half-way house for four men who are over coming addictions. It was a very wonderful experience. We painted their porch and side porch stained white. it looked GREAT. It was so funny because the men wanted everything painted but one stip of wood on the bottom of the deck, so that they could paint it a different color and make it look nice. They wanted to take pride in their house. Make it special, something that is theirs. After that i came back to my dorm and fell asleep. Thank You IT Department for fixing my computer!! haha. But tonight we had a greek block party at school, I went to go eat and then leave because it was just weird. The food was all Greek and it was DISCUSTING. But anywayss, Classes start tomorrow and im super excited. My first class is at 8! Wow. Im gonna  be super tired. Better hit the sack!

Today

Yes, over many long months of excitment, the day is finally here! I move in. (: To my dorm. and its very exciting. School starts in a few days and the excitment of buying books for the first time and eagerly waiting to see the roomie again just makes me leap for joy. Im gonna miss my family the most. 18 years of dealing with me ( but momma said i was easy) and they have to just let me be oon my own? weird. Im going like 700 miles away from them. This is gonna be hard. But I know God will keep his promises he has for me and he wont let me fall. HAPPY FRIDAY! (:

MOVE IN DAY TOMORROW.

Tomorrow i move in to my dorm for college! Im a freshman.
